Grief is not meant to be carried alone. This community grief circle is an open, supportive space for people navigating loss of any kind : death, relationships, identity, or life changes. Together we will slow down, listen, share if we wish, and honor our grief without trying to fix or rush it. No prior experience is needed, and sharing is always optional.
What to expect:
• A facilitated, guided grief circle
• Gentle grounding and opening ritual
• Space for reflection, sharing, or quiet presence
• Community connection without pressure to speak
• A calm, respectful, and confidential environment
Open to adults carrying grief of any kind.
You are welcome whether your loss is recent or long-held.
*** This is a non-clinical, community-based space.***
