About Difficult Conversations:
Difficult Conversations is a home-made, lockdown podcast series hosted by Poppy Gerrard-Abbott, PhD researcher and sociology teacher at the University of Edinburgh. It covers difficult and less represented topics in feminism and the social and political sciences such as sex work, motherhood and radical politics – as the podcast has been born during the COVID-19 pandemic, the focus is particularly on less represented, sociological approaches to the virus.
