  • “It’s Complicated” – Support Group

    Childfree By Choice & Grieving

    Virtual Event

It’s not a given that everyone who is childfree by choice is 100%, unabashedly content with the decision. While we may be set in our choice, there can still be grief there. I know there is for me. It’s a both-and/two truths situation. Many of us make this choice for a lot of unfortunate, depressing, and/or systemic reasons, and I created this space where we can be with our truths, and hurts, around it all. Our monthly peer-led Zoom group is intended to be a space for people who have chosen not to have children. It is not intended to […]

  • Grief & Solidarity

A community gathering to grieve, to connect, and to root in collective care ❤️‍🔥 "Unresolved grief inside a person is tragic. Unresolved grief inside a nation is catastrophic." -Valarie Kaur This Grief & Solidarity event is not just about grieving. It’s about weaving our collective sorrows into sustained action. It’s about being true allies for each other—not just in moments of crisis, but in the long, tender work of liberation. Together, we will move through gentle grounding, collective reflection, and community connection, with the intention of using grief as fuel for solidarity and justice. 🫀 All grief is welcome: personal, collective, systemic, […]

  • Covid Grief Salon – Pride Edition

Online Grief salons are hosted by grief educator and death doula That Good Night. Participants are led through a meditation exercise and given prompts to discuss their experiences with covid, long covid, and practicing covid precautions. These monthly gatherings offer a safe space for people to talk openly about their feelings and experiences with covid grief. For June, we will be exploring how this grief intersects with our queer identities.

  • “It’s Complicated” Support Group

    “It’s Complicated” Support Group

    Virtual Event

A monthly peer-led Zoom group for people who had a strained relationship with someone who’s died. It can be tough to be in a group with other folks who were close with their parent, sibling, grandparent, partner, co-parent, friend, etc. As much as I like for there to be a range of experiences represented in grief groups, so that we can hear diverse perspectives, sometimes it is nice to be with people who “get it.” When addiction, mental health challenges, conflict, estrangement, abuse, etc. were a part of the picture, it can affect the grief journey in unique ways. This […]

  • Grief & Tell

Remember the days of Show & Tell in elementary school? That feeling of having the undivided attention of your classmates as you share something that mattered to you? We want to bring that feeling back. So often, grievers feel like they don't have the space to continue sharing about the person they've lost. It seems like the world has moved on, and it can feel isolating. We want to be in community with you. Here's how it works: This event is virtual, free, and open to everyone. That being said, you don't have to share if you don't want to. […]
