Less Fear | More Fierce: Queer End-of-Life Planning
LGBTQ+ Centric Online Discussion Series
2nd Wednesdays | 1-2:30 pm ET | | January – June 2026
What would collective healing look like if we made space for every kind of queer loss—not just the ones with headstones?
Grief isn’t only about death. Queer and trans people often carry grief from non-death losses—family estrangement, identity erasure, loss of community, housing, or health.
This session explores disenfranchised grief and collective mourning, offering space to name, witness, and begin to heal these often-invisible losses.
We’ll also touch on grief in response to social and political violence, and how we can create rituals for communal mourning and resilience.
