Time flies when you’re having fun not that great of a time. 2021 was a difficult year for many of us. Another year of COVID, complicated grief, environmental disasters, political dysfunction, etc, etc. Yet, 2021 also showed evidence of our resilience, of the importance of a politics of care, and the increased need for difficult conversations around death and dying, social justice, and environmentalism.

This year at TalkDeath, we successfully ran our 2nd Halloween Scavenger Hunt, launched our first collection of merchandise, published more articles by more guest writers than ever before, and worked towards greater death positive and social justice advocacy.
