DESCRIPTION:We will be joined by Carrie Batt\, founder of SEOL CARE for a presentation and discussion about disability at end of life. Carrie trains people with disabilities\, their loves ones\, and service providers on how to develop a disability informed approach to end of life and grief support. She also offers disability competent end of life care and bereavement support services to the disability community. \nThis is a facilitated drop-in discussion space\, with the purpose of building connection\, skill\, and resources for 2SLGBTQIA+ people navigating end of life in our personal lives and in our communities. \nAttendees are welcome to come with questions\, stories\, or special objects to share with the group.
