Conversations will be facilitated with care\, fostering curiosity\, self-reflection\, and shared experiences. While this is not a therapy group\, some may find it therapeutic — offering companionship in the grief journey through literature\, connection\, and meaningful discussion. \nThis space is open to anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of grief\, whether processing personal loss\, supporting others\, or exploring the ways grief shapes our lives. Participation is flexible; you are welcome to engage as much or as little as feels right\, whether by sharing reflections or simply listening. \nCome as you are\, bring your questions\, thoughts\, and an open heart. Grief is lighter when we don’t carry it alone. \n📖 First Meeting: May 8th\, 6–8 PM\n📚 First Book: Briefly Perfectly Human by Alua Arthur \nThis group will meet via Google Meet.
