You’re Not Stuck. You’re Grieving.

Grief doesn’t follow a timeline and it rarely looks the way people expect it to.

After a loss, life keeps moving, but something inside often feels different. For some people it’s heavy and overwhelming. For others it’s quiet, confusing, or shows up in waves they weren’t prepared for.

And in the middle of all of that, many people are left wondering if what they’re experiencing is normal or if they’re somehow doing it “wrong.”

This conversation is meant to help take some of that weight off.

You’re Not Stuck: Life After Loss is a space to talk openly about what grief actually looks like in real life, the emotions, the shifts, the uncertainty, and what it means to find your footing again without pressure or expectation.

We’ll be joined by Shea Wingate, LCSW, who brings both professional experience and a deeply human understanding of grief and life after loss.

This isn’t about fixing grief or rushing through it.
It’s about understanding it and feeling less alone in it.
