The holidays can leave a lot behind-feelings we didn’t expect, words we couldn’t find, emotions that live more in our bodies than our heads.
This gathering is an invitation to gently look back at what the season stirred up and sit with whatever is tangled. We’re holding space for relief, acceptance, community, and grace-no fixing, no pressure. Let’s gently untangle, one strand at a time.
