As you may know, April 16th is National Healthcare Decisions Day — a day meant to acknowledge the importance of advance care planning and empower everyone to make their healthcare wishes known. Compassion & Choices is teaming up with the Connecticut Death Collective to recognize National Healthcare Decisions Day with a collaborative event — and we hope you can make it!
Join us from 6:00PM – 8:00PM EST at Red Rock Tavern in Hartford (369 Capitol Ave, Hartford, CT 06106) on April 16th to share a meal, meaningful conversation, and free resources related to end of life planning.
