If I Die This Year: A Workshop for Living with Clarity, Courage, and Care

January 29, 2026 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Jan29WorkshopRectangle

Most of us live as if time is endless—and quietly feel the cost of that assumption.

If I Die This Year is a guided workshop for people who want to live more honestly, meaningfully, and aligned with what matters most—without waiting for a crisis to force the question.

You don’t need to believe you’ll die this year.
You only need to be willing to ask:
If I did… how would I want to live until then?

Through reflection, gentle guidance, and optional connection with others, you’ll create your own personal “If I Die This Year” list—a living compass made up of the conversations, changes, boundaries, joys, and truths that feel most important now.
This is a space for curiousity, not fixing.

For presence, not pressure.
For living, not morbid thinking.
By Donation. 10 Spots Available.

What to Expect:

A welcoming, grounded opening
A short talk on how death awareness can bring clarity to life
Guided reflection and journaling prompts
Time to create your own “If I Die This Year” list (5–10 items)
Optional small-group or paired sharing (no pressure to speak)
A closing ritual to help you choose one gentle next step
This workshop is facilitated with care, consent, and respect for wherever you are in your life right now.

Who This Is For
People feeling stuck, restless, or out of alignment
Those navigating grief, illness, burnout, or transition
Caregivers, creatives, seekers, and meaning-makers
Anyone sensing that life is asking for more honesty
You do not need to be spiritual, optimistic, or “okay.”
You just need to be willing to show up as you are.

Facilitator

Jenna creates spaces for honest conversations about death, meaning, and how we live while we’re still here. Her work blends reflection, humanity, and grounded presence, while inviting people to engage with life more consciously, tenderly, and courageously.
