A guided community circle where we turn toward our grief and use the power of breath to gently guide it into flow.
Hosted by the Denver Deathcare Collective. Where grief is tended and death is sacred.
These monthly grief circles at Sakala Community are a compassionate space to hold your sorrow in the embrace of community.
In this month’s circle, Ashley Bradney of Healing & Dying is partnering with Erin Doty of ShatterStress to offer a somatic transformation of grief through breathwork. Together, we’ll honor the grief that lives in our bodies, invite in flow and release of emotional energy through breathwork, and support integration through reiki & gentle touch.
In this way, we transform our grief into mourning – guiding it to find its natural course through the body; restoring motion where stagnancy has resided; opening up the channels where love, joy, and reverence may return to us.
What to Expect
