Grief; Honoring Our Pain and Reclaiming Lifeforce

All of us have experienced loss of some kind, whether it’s the death of a loved one, the end of a significant relationship, losing a job, health challenges, or a dream deferred. And yet, as Bert Hellinger, the founder of Family Constellations noted about grief; “If you give it time, the hole becomes a space.”
In this interactive Family Constellations workshop, we’ll explore: how can we honor and acknowledge our loss without it preventing us from moving forward in generative ways? How we might bear the grief of the present and the past, without sacrificing our future? What gentle adjustments might we make to allow adequate time for the hole to become a space?
